Arguments:

• _encoding={ 0:Base64 | 1:Base64url }

Description:

Encode the values of the latest of the selected images as a base64-encoded string.

The string can be decoded using command base642uint8.
Selected images must have values that are integers in [0,255].

Default values:

encoding=0.
