nn_matpatch2d

Arguments:

• out,in,out_width>0,out_height>0,patch_size>0,0<=_overlap

Description:

Add a matpatch2d layer (rearrangement of matrix columns/rows as image patches) to the current network.

This is the inverse of nn_patch2dmat. Overlapping patches are averaged.

Default values:

overlap=0 and arrangement=0.
